Tap is great fun and an excellent way to keep fit at any age. Tap is as popular today as it was in the heyday of Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly musicals. Popular shows such as 42nd Street and Crazy for You. More recent are shows such as Stomp and Tap Dogs highlighting the great diversities of style and music assocatiated with Tap. Listening skills are particularly developed as tap is a very rythmical and rewarding subject, offering a great variety of examinations and tests at all ages and levels.

Street dance tales any form of popular music and choreographs routines to the beats. Along with freestyle, street dance incorporates runs, spins, kicks and leaps as well as many other diverse steps and movements with lots of different arm and hand actions. A variety of different music genres allow dancers of all ages to use freedom of expression to enhance there style.
